Stop the privatization of Queenslands seafood.

The Queensland government is privatizing our fish and allowing them to be owned by overseas interests. By introducing individual transferable quotas  the government is allowing our seafood to be owned by the highest bidder, itq's also add significant costs to small family businesses, the way an itq works is a total allowable catch is set and then it is broken up to individuals who own units (shares) in the fisherey, it is by far the most costly way to manage a fisherey, the better option for management ( if quotas are required) is a total allowable competitive  catch. A tacc has the same outcome for fish stocks, only it is far less expensive to manage, and it stops our seafood being owned by large companies.
