Isaac Marschall started this petition to Marion Council (Kris Hanna)

The cat curfew is a bill that the Marion Council brought up to the South Australian Parliment, that would enforce cats to stay inside from 9pm to 7am. The council will also hand out cages to the general public, and, if your cat is caught outside at these times, it will result in a $187.50 fine. Cat owners like myself will understand how bad this will be for the domestic cats that live in our neighbourhoods.

What if a bad, carzy person gets there hands on a cat and abuses it. Cats brains are 90% similar to ours, and deserve to live the life they want, and do the things they want. Also, why is it just cats this ban might be on! Many studies have been done, resulting in the outcome of dogs also killing native wildlife, some studies even having the results of dogs killing more native wildlife then cats annually.

Overall, please help me with this petition so my cats can do what they want!
