  1. The laws for incarcerated juveniles have changed. Gary is entitled to that change which will prompt his release. Gary has served over 15years in prison for a crime committed at the age of 13yrs old.  Gary was sentenced to 20yrs in prison when he was 13yrs of age for a crime he was persuaded into committing. While Gary has been in prison, he has educated himself on the choices he made and understands his lack of maturity at the time which left him open to be persuaded to commit wrongdoing. Gary obtained his GED in prison as well as certificates to acknowledge his improvement from a juvenile to a man. Gary has kept his mind sane by reading books to grow his intelligence and prayer to keep him encouraged. Gary's father died in prison when he was about 3years of age so a structured influence in his life, he did not have. "Looking out for him" was what the older boys told him. Gary doing what was instructed of him had no idea the ones that instructed and ordered him on such errands, would soon turn their backs on him once he was arrested. Gary knows he and he alone chose to make the wrong decision that has him in prison but when does the debt fill? Is he never to know what life is like as a free man, for a decision he made at the age of 13yrs old? I'm asking for your support to free a young man before he is old. Gary is a positive influence to the community and has been gathering information through research to help himself, and other's alike. Gary deserves a chance to raise a family, get a job, see the outside without guards and bars. Think of it as you or a person you love dearly. Would you want them to die in prison for a crime that did not take the life of another? Would you just stand by, not fight to protect a 13year old boy from spending his entire life in a dangerous prison? Well, would you? Don't.  Here is your chance, to make it right for Gary.
