Animals are being dumped in shelters or turned away from shelters because they have exceeded the maximum limit for animals, they have to resort to euthanizing pets that they can no long rehabilitate. It should be a law for animal shelters to transport dogs to other shelters in the area if there is available room. Animals should not have to be abandoned by owners or by the shelters, there must be a right for the animal to be saved before just being euthanized.
