They ripped me off also. I was supposed to fly out april 15th 2020. And the flight was cancelled because of covid. I never recieved my money back. I then disputed it with my credit card company and got my money back. But that was not the end of it the company disputed that the flight was cancelled and the credit card company reversed the refund.

I booked a flight on 31st, March 2020 via Travel2be agency, and due to Covid-19, it was cancelled. Until now, 3 months already, I haven't received any refunds yet. I hope to hear a responsible reactions any times soon.

Flight was cancelled by travel2b with no excuse, no reason. Airline tells me it was the travel agent who cancelled but they still won't do anything about it.

Because of their mistake, and then dicking me around for 7 weeks, they will have cost me almost $1000! And that's assuming I get my full refund. This company's practices are reprehensible.

Where do I even start? Customer service, disgusting. The agents don't know their stuff. Impossible to get through. You wait for over 2 hours to connect and once they do pick up, the they cut the call. Need my etihad credit and can't even get through to them. I'm completely irritated.

Airline has already cancelled the ticket and issued the refund to them. But they have neither informed us not given us the refund. They don't even answer to any calls in Spain or USA
