My child mother Tamika Ward is physically very sick with very serious health issues my daughter Summer has Autism and need 24/7 care I have not been able to work because of me watching her around the clock I had to get CPS to install door alarms so she can not get out. I have got my own health Issues as well and have not been back to my primary care after my blood work was taken due too around the clock care for my daughter which they call me to come back in but cause they found some conditions. I take 7 different medications for diabetes, thyroid hyper, hypertensiodepression, anxiety,liver problems. I physically need help and some support for her as I'm doing this alone right now. I have no family here in NY that can help me right now. CPS is involved in the case my name is Rayshun Ward.
