My daughter, Alianna DeFreeze was abducted January 23rd 2017. She was murdered by a sexual predator while on her way to school and left in an abandoned home. Had his whereabouts been know, she would be alive today. This violent offender was released after serving only 4 1/2 years for rape and attempted murder. This law will insure the safety of our children and women throughout the state. Offenders need to be equipped with an ankle bracelet, a chip, or some type of tracking device, upon being released from prison. Lives are being taken with regularity. Rapes have become a constant occurrence all over this country. I speak for the countless number of families who lives will never be the same because of these Monsters. The loss of Alianna has driven me to take action. I am committed to making change in our community, and throughout the world.
