Jennie H, Cathy P & The Red Shirt Task Force started this petition to Attorney General State of Iowa Attorney General State of Iowa

We the undersigned Cedar Falls residents petition to remove specific City Council Members, Pursuant to Iowa Code 66.3 Title ll Elections and official duties, chapter 66 removal of office section 66.3.
Mark A Miller Ward 1, Susan Debuhr ward 2, Daryl Kruse Ward 3, Frank Darrah Ward 5 due to dereliction of duties, lack of confidence in a governing body and intentional willful misconduct to cause directly harmful consequences by passing resolution of the immediate implementation of the public safety department including reorganization of the public safety program and immediate elimination of the Traditional Fire Fighters. The above council members were required in good faith to objectively evaluate citizen concerns and give advanced notice up to 90 days when denying citizens of life, liberty and property likely to result in injury or death to persons or damage to property.
We believe an outside unbiased source should have been brought in to make this determination in a city over 40,000 in population.
Director Olson tainted the council’s deliberations with bias to the Fighters. Some council members have shown this bias via social media. We also believe these council members do not show respect the citizens or our new Mayor.
We the citizens also ask Mark Miller to be relieved of office due to conviction of OWI, and unpaid property taxes on 3 parcels including the residence 2415 Central Ave, since Sept 2017 totaling $13,922.00
The people of Cedar Falls have the right to overthrow their government when it abuses their natural rights and due process. They have conspired to destroy the rights and safety of Cedar Falls Citizens.
Action is necessary to prevent further harm to the public!
