Hi Everyone,

We are actively working on a line up for Crash My Crater 2021. We hope you are EXCITED for CMC 2021 after this year’s event was canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak!

However, we need your help to keep CMC 2021 and future concerts on Main Street. The Manson Chamber is trying to take Main Street away from us on Saturday as they want to bring the parade route back to Main Street. For the size of Artists, we bring to Manson it takes a lot of space to put on an event like Crash My Crater. It takes months and months of planning and organizing along with an action-packed week setting up leading up to the concert. The artists we bring in have many requirements including stage size, power, sound and lights, load in times, sound check times, along with all hospitality needs. We have tried to work with the Chamber for other routes and suggested to the Chamber that maybe they could do a Friday evening parade to kickoff the Crater Day Weekend prior to the Truck Pull, doing a stand in place parade at the fairgrounds or using the same route we have for the past 3-4 years. The parade committee has said they would be fine with that or continuing to use the alternative route they have used the past 3-4 years so that Crash My Crater could continue to go on. The Chamber is not interested in either of those ideas. Its hard for us to process why the Chamber is trying to shut us down from using Main Street, in 2019 CMC had 1500 attendees from 9 different states across the country!

How can you help? We are asking that you come to the Manson VFW on Tuesday, August 4th at 7pm during the City Council Meeting. We need YOU to help support us so we can continue to bring up & coming Nashville artists to downtown Manson!

Thanks
