To: Sh. Manohar Lal Khattar (CM,Haryana); Mr B. S. Sandhu (DGP, Haryana),

Sirs, we the residents of Faridabad are terribly shaken to have heard of the untimely transfer of the ACP, Crime, Sh. Rajesh Chechi out of Faridabad reportedly on some vexatious and baseless allegation.

In this context we wish to bring to your notice that ACP, Rajesh Chechi is credited with having instituted the first ever police-public partnership named Safe & Secure Faridabad (SSF) and one which was based on real time information sharing. This human intelligence sharing had not only done well to boost the perception about the police within the public but it had also contributed ostensibly to boost the morale of the police force particularly the crime team in general. Consequently offlate we had started seeing our crime busting team performing better and delivering more. This however is the time when the patron of this formula (Mr Chechi) needs to be around to nurture and cement this mechanism. However the news about Mr Chechi's untimely transfer has dealt a severe blow to this exemplary cause.

May I therefore on grounds as aforementioned and on behalf of all the citizens of Faridabad, request you to revoke the transfer orders of Mr Rajesh Chechi and reinstate him into Faridabad. A reinstatement with a promotion would possibly serve the purpose of establishing a crime free Faridabad even better. Hoping for a favourable and prompt action from your goodselves.

With sincere regards
