In Manitoba doctors as per the CPSM website states doctors do not have to submit reports.   Doctors are not duty bound to state causation, exacerbate or enhancement of any injuries.  So injured person, can usually claim the most obvious.  Doctors turn a blind eye to other injuries.  Claims of documentation of blunt force trauma and kinetic energy causing  manifestation of injuries is not recognized.  Everyday I have been told by news agencies and society of disabled, they received complaints.  One is forced onto Canada disability pension, or reclassified to another occupation lowest Walmart greeter.  Both doctors and MPI. Need to be fully accountable, so this stops the gaps in the medical system. There is no pension for the disabled, if they do it stops at 65.  Injuries never stop. Everything is set up for one to fail.  An advocate can say do this but there is no help.  There is no legal recourse.  We need change. Even bystanders can be injured.  We all need to be fairly hear if not that is discrimination by the government and by our doctors.  We pay for insurance to covered in life changing injuries. Doctors need to submit reports and recommend treatments.
