To the Manhattan Park Management: Window Replacement Project

We the Manhattan Park Residents would like to receive a rent discount for one week due to disruption from the window installments.

Many residents live in a family unit with children, and it is highly disturbing and inconvenient for the whole family to deal with the noise, the construction mess, and the impact to our daily schedule. 

Furthermore, without blinds/curtains we will not able to get a full night’s sleep. It is particularly challenging for the families going through this in the cold weather. 

It is nearly impossible for tenants to stay in their homes as their furniture and bedrooms will be covered in dust, debris and paint.
