In India we don't have dog parks we expect that dogs be walked and exercised on the roads. Despite the order by Animal welfare department boards are still put up in Chandigarh and Mohali. Please help and stop this harassment of dog owners we are respectable and responsible citizens who'd insure we follow the laid guidelines of dog on a leash and no dirtying the surroundings.
