We are passionate about advocating for equal rights of parents and for the presumption of 50/50 custody of children of divorcing parents and minor children who are subjects of a custody dispute, assuming both parents are fit and loving.

In addition to advocacy, we are committed to supporting those parents who have faced unfair treatment from the court system as the non-custodial parent.

House bill would mandate that each parent has equal possession of the children after the marriage or relationship has been dissolved.  In effect, HB would change the starting point in family courts giving both parents equal custody from the beginning.  We support this bill.
