Knive crime is a devastating crime that, in the worst cases, can be fatal. Individuals are getting stabbed outside and even inside clubs, which is, unfortunately, a recurring problem. This needs to change; mandatory metal detectors at the door could effectively eliminate the presence of knives in clubs and social settings, preventing people from being stabbed or even killed, and this petition will hopefully be recognised by those in positions of power, such as MPs and the government, in the hopes of making this a law or a mandatory requirement.
