I am one of many aggrieved patients who have suffered due to Western Dental's manner of operation. They have consistently shown a blatant disregard for the welfare and satisfaction of their patients. As an organization, dealing with health and wellness, this is an aspect that can't be overemphasized. Something drastic needs to be done to address this.

According to a survey by PatientPop, 84% of patients consider the quality of treatment as the most important aspect of a dental visit, and evidently, Western Dental falls short in this respect, providing services that are far from satisfactory (PatientPop, 2020).

We are not alone in our struggle. Numerous stories resonate with the experience I've had, painting a clear picture: Western Dental needs to be held accountable. We demand that an official review is conducted into the operations of Western Dental and if necessary, impose a prohibition on their practice.

My story is one of disappointment and frustration, something that should not be associated with an establishment supposed to protect and enhance our wellbeing. A ban on Western Dental would not only secure justice for me, but also protect countless potential patients.
