Mancosa is now demanding that students must complete ALL online quizzes,lessons and watch videos at their own cost in addition to the set module work of the qualification with NO data support from the institution we pay thousands to,every year.

In a delicate period of COVID-19 with financial adversities affecting so many individuals and families,Mancosa blantantly ignores the different economic backgrounds,realities and privileges that exist within the student demographic of the institution.
Converting to online learning has put many students at a disadvantage as they can not access the school library they mainly depended on to complete their course work and the institution has now added more stress as not every student affords the privilege of WiFi that allows ease and the ability to complete the new demands of the institution. Especially with no prior communication from the institution to its students of these new changes and programmers that will be required of the students in order to obtain their badge of completion.

Mancosa’s new implementation of the induction programme undoubtably poses financial issues and time management stress for its students( considering that many are part-time) as this system did not exist prior.

We seek for the institution to extend suppprt to its students in this time by removing this induction programme as it poses its fair share of financial constraints because of the excessive data requirements needed to stream videos and time management stress because of the extra work load that’s been deemed a requirement by the institution or kindly offer data compensation to its students to complete their demands.
