Jose Mourinho should be fired for workplace bullying

Harassment and bullying is unlawful under the Equality Act 2010. Jose Mourinho's treatment of Luke Shaw can only be explained as vindictive bullying with the aim of isolating the individual and forcing him out of the club. Jose Mourinho is guilty of the following points under the Equality Act 2010: 1) "Spreading malicious rumours" about Luke Shaw's effort, professionalism and mental state without any evidence. 2) "Unfair treatment" of the individual by repeatedly excluding Luke Shaw from the match-day squad damaging the 21 year old's confidence and progress. 3) "Regularly undermining a competent worker", who when given the opportunity to play performs commendably. When Luke Shaw has played for Manchester United this season he has been exceptional, yet Jose Mourinho keeps making excuses to segregate Luke from the squad and not pick him for the starting 11 or more recently the match-day squad. The club must take action to stop this vile and unconscionable bullying which will have a detrimental effect on the progression of Luke Shaw as a player and stop him from fulfilling his full potential of being the best left back in the world. If the club are unprepared to take action for any reason, then i implore the Minister of State for Employment, Damian Hinds, to intervene. In no other field of employment would a 54-year old man (with a record of bullying and harassment) be able to treat a 21-year old like this, football shouldn't be any different.
