As a resident of Manchester Township,  specifically Pine Lake Park,  I feel compelled to help stop the over building in my town.  Homes will continue too be built but we can't keep allowing so many new homes to be built on smaller lots. Lots should have to stay at the 100 x 100 and not at 75 x 100 or even a 50 x 100. All the new homes being built are already so large and if the town allows them on smaller lots then we will be right on top of each other.  I personally love having some wooded areas and trees and don't want to see house after house.

The constant over building in Pine Lake Park is also causing excessive traffic, noise pollution and even flooding.  There are certain times of the day that you can't even turn off of your block onto Commonwealth Boulevard or Northampton Boulevard.

We must protect our beautiful township and stop allowing everything to go through with a YES vote!  We must vote NO!!!
