As residents of East Manatee County residing in the areas adjacent to the proposed Cox Automobile Dealership we would like to suggest the following in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan as it currently reads:
1. As residents we are not opposed to the development of said property but we would request that the first consideration be made to allow this property to remain A1/ Agricultural as it stands.
2. If rezoning is a consideration, allow it to be rezoned a conservation.
3. If rezoning as conservation is not a consideration, allow it to be zoned as Neighborhood Professional/ Small or Medium.
4. If rezoning Neighborhood Zoning Professional/ Small or Medium is not a consideration, allow it to be zoned as Neighborhood Commercial SMALL.
As residents in your respective districts we ask that you consider the surrounding areas and residents before you consider ANY business request to rezone this property located Manatee County.
