Summer time brings hot weather. The current uniforms are uncomfortable and hold not only sweat, but deodorant stains that are hard to remove. They are not visually appealing on the female body. Most people feel cranky and irritable when they’re hot and uncomfortable. Being overheated creates a hostile work environment. T-Shirts would make the work day much more pleasurable. Who wouldn’t look forward to the work day when they get to wear a comfy tshirt!?
