Many customers are bulk buying leaving others who may not be in the position to for whatever reason struggling to get what they need. It is vital for customers to be able to get nappies, baby formula and where some people have loads, other have none. If retail stores can put purchase limits on for offers, they can do the same here to avoid the panic and allow everyone to get what they need.
