As an employee and/or affiliate of East West, I find this policy highly invasive, inappropriate and discriminating.


I believe that an employee and/or affiliate should have the right to choose whether getting the vaccine is right for them and have the right to privacy. This includes having the right to NOT share any medical documentation including; a vaccination card, test results or a prescribed doctors note. An employee and/or affiliate that has not shown documentation of vaccination will be individually responsible for wearing a mask and showing medical proof of testing, even if the employee and/or affiliate shows no signs of being infected. I feel that this is discriminating towards employees that choose to keep their medical status private.


I know of or know somebody that can show evidence of friends or family that have either been infected with COVID-19 while vaccinated or show evidence of contracting COVID-19 from a vaccinated individual. With this being said, that shows that any vaccinated person has the capability to contract and spread COVID-19. I believe that all employees of East West should wear a mask covering and receive weekly testing or all of them should have the choice not to wear a mask and have the choice to send in medical documentation of a negative or positive COVID-19 test.


I hope to change this level of unprofessionalism, invasiveness, and discriminating behavior. I hope to return Slifer Smith & Frampton of East West back into a company that hears and cares for their employees.
