Respected Ma'am,

This email is in regard with the exam fees that is being collected for the 2020 odd semester. Last semester we paid the exam fees in full without any refund or any type of consolation with regards for the semester exams not being held. But this year we are again asked to pay the exam fees. We believe that the exam fees for online/distant learning should be cheaper than the in person attendance. As we use less of physical materials. If not for a full exempt of the fees why not a reduced one? or at least can we know the fee breakout. This is not just one person's opinion whereas it is of the entire students studying at this institution.
