Arresting agency: City of Peoria Police Department & County of Peoria Sheriff’s Office. 
I was placed under a false arrest six times within six months 9/24/2021---3/9/2022 and was held for up to 60 days without being charged. 
On 12/1/2021 I was told by the city of Peoria police officer's Jeffrey Hinshaw and Brandon Kientzel that I was being placed under arrest for a warrant and threatening a public official. I was forced to bond out and given a notice to appear in court on 2/9/2022 but when i went to court i was told that there was no record of me being arrested and having to appear in court that day and that there was no record of a warrant being issued for the arrest that took place on 12/1/2021. 
I recovered a copy of the fictitious warrant used in the false arrest and it was verified as frivolous and did not contain any judges signature. I also recovered a bill signed by the chief judge (Katherine Gorman) that I was to be given a court notice instead of arrest. 
While in the county,  jail officials performed several methods of torture including assault and battering me while punching and kneeing me as i was handcuffed to a restraint chair.
 I was forced to sleep on the concrete ground without any mattress or blanket for 25 days!! I was diagnosed with covid 19 and was still denied a mattress and blanket by jail officials even after the nurse confirmed that i was running a fever. i  was still forced to sleep on the cold concrete with chills shivering and shaking. 
In addition to this i was forced to stand for hours handcuffed behind my back to a wall post i a very painful position while jail staff crowded around me laughed and made jokes to torment me which can also be seen on camera. I was also handcuffed to a restraint chair by my hands neck and feet with a bag placed over my head several times and left for several hours without relief by jail staff as a form of punishment due to me knocking on the door for a blanket and mattress. 
Before the false arrest began occurring i started a federal lawsuit against the jail's sheriff, the states attorney office and judges of the 10th judicial circuit due to corruption involved in the unlawful seizure of my son's and daughters. 
The other four dates of the false arrest occurred on 9/24/21 -  9/27/2021 - 10/12/2021 and 3/9/2022. On these days i was handcuffed to a restraint chair as well as a form of torture and left for several hours without relief.

I have started both federal and state lawsuits in Peoria as a result of these violations
