Amid this spread , schools and colleges were reopened without regarding the fact that most of the students didn't receive their vaccines while some have their second shots pending. 

West Bengal government announced that they would open the schools from 3rd Feb for classes from 8-12.If this happens then the omicron Variant would spread a lot faster ,students below 15 are a majority in class 8 and 9 making them uneligible for the vaccine shots.It would even help the infections spread in a rapid rate if all the classes are conducted at the same time and the infected children would be at a great risk.It would be our humble request to reconsider the fact of opening the schools and wait at least till March till everyone is vaccinated .I urge every students ,teachers and parents to join us .Your sign matters !
