Mallasandra/ Holiday village road residents demands basic amenities

 

The situation of the Holiday Village Road is in shambles since past 5-6years. We are being neglected of all the basic amenities by the elected representatives and BBMP. We have been demanding for A khata for our sites since 2014.

 

The worst road condition has impacted all our residents a lot. Not only this road but all parallel roads connecting this has similar issues. If someone is in emergency, the ambulances are denying to come to our location. The cabs, the food delivery apps are rejecting to come to our location because of the condition of the road. 

 

 

*Our Demands*

 

1. A khatha and adding mallasandra to bbmp getting inordinate delay no clarity. Hence the elected representatives should take up this immediately and issue A khata

 

2. There was a proposal for Holiday village road entrance from kanakapura road till vajarahalli school, this needs to happen immediately for free flow of traffic. 

 

3. Holiday village road in pathetic state from very long time. There is no action by the authorities. For short term, The alternative roads needs to be asphalted and as soon as possible, the roads, drains and proper footpath work needs to be completed on holiday village road 

 

4. Too many encroachment of storm water drain by holiday village and other builders no action. Encroachment needs to be cleared immediately. 

 

5. Kaveri water and UGD for holiday village road up to purva needs to be provided 

 

7. Provide entrance to nice road via holiday village road

 

8. Provide Last mile connectivity and regular BMTC services to holiday village road

 

9. Garbage cleaning and bush cutting must happen everyday and the residents should be given the auto tipper and workers contact details for interaction. 

 

10. All street lights needs to be fixed immediately. 

 

10. Pedestrian crossing and road humps to be planned properly before the asphalting. 

 

12. Builders arw spoiling the road using heavy vehicles. There Restricted movement of HTV and proper parking policy and penalize the builders for the same

 

13.Builders in the surrounding areas are working round the clock, need to take action for sound violation

14. Connecting road from Mallasandra to judicial layout is blocked by the encroachers. Kindly clear the encroachments and provide us the connecting road
