Urgent AGM - to be conducted in March 2022, which hasn't been conducted over the past 2 years. 

The three key elements that need to be discussed at the AGM are as follows:

1. The proposed budget for the coming year and the annual financial statements for the past year
2. Insurance: the schedule of replacement values with updated values for each section
3. Election of the trustees, the determination of any directions or restrictions to be imposed on the newly elected trustees
