Karen Andrews MP 'failed in her duties'!

Despite many requests from the stakeholders, Assistant Minister for Vocational Education and Skills has failed to perform her duties. Vocational Education and Training Industry has been suffering from various irregularities for a long time now.    Many Industry stakeholders have raised issues in past in regards to the practices of ASQA. ASQA is misusing its powers and being a role model for inconsistent practices. ASQA is deliberately discriminating against small business and other Private Sector Education Providers.    Private businesses are closing down due to the decisions made by ASQA following various non-compliances however, no action is being taken against TAFEs despite the HIGH LEVEL of non-compliance issues. See the links to know how bad practices of various TAFEs are effecting our Education in the country

The above are just a few from a big list of scandals and wrongdoings of TAFEs and had not faced any serious action from the Regulator.   Our Ministry of Education and Training had been warned about these practices many times and nothing is being done on this note.    The Chief Commissioner of ASQA  Mark Paterson AO (Politically appointed failed Bureaucrat) with a history of being dismissed from heading another Govt. Body had not done anything since his appointment. The whole focus is on closure of Private Businesses and justify their jobs with no outcome.   We sincerely request a Royal Commission Enquiry on the Regulator's practices and its inconsistencies. Also, Chief Commissioner Mark Paterson AO and Assistant Minister for Vocational Education and Skills Karen Andrews MP, must resign from their post following the mess created in the Education Industry.
