THERE ARE SO MANY DOGS & CATS BEING ABANDONED AT THE WHIMS & FANCIES OF THEIR OWNERS FOR VARIOUS SELFISH REASONS. THESE ANIMALS ARE GIVEN NO SAY AND oft rimes THESE PETS ARE ABANDONED WITH THEIR  YOUNG PUPPIES/KITTENS SOME WITH EYES BARELY OPEN simply because the owner is too stingy to spay their pet/S!! HUMANS ARE PRETTY HEARTLESS!! And rescuers are overwhelmed.  PLS Help SIGN & SHARE this petition to protect these innocent dogs/cats. TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE THIS A BETTER WORLD FOR THEM!! If compulsory neutering & microchiping  is enforced there would  be less dogs/cats/pups/kittens  dumping and iowners can be traced and fined/punished.from the microchip!  As it is now feeders have their hands full feeding n rescuing and neuteringthese poor abandoned animals who do not know where to find shelter or food and worse they have to fight with other dogs already there as dogs are territorial.
