Males and females both participate in sports, yet they do not receive the same recognition. Society has established that professional sports such as basketball, football, and others are dominated by men. Females, on the other hand, put in the same amount of effort and energy as guys, but people still prefer to see males play sports. This is a concern because female athletes deserve the same treatment as male athletes when participating in sports.
