Customer service of this company doesn't come through, neither with their promises on offers offered nor with their promises to resolve our issues or to get back to us. The toll free customer care number doesn't even have an option to contact a human being at the other end. Facebook posts, Facebook messages, tweets to their official pages and Twitter handles respectively are ignored and not replied to even for days. They don't care to apologize either for the delay. In my opinion, this company comes across as a cheat and a quack. How can I ever feel safe on a trip booked on MMT if their customer care service is this pathetic. I hope people boycott MakeMyTrip, already we face challenges wrt safety and with a company like this, God knows what kind of help they will provide if we get into issues with the transportation or the accommodations booked via them.
