4 years ago on july 24th my nephew fell off the dock at sweibert park. No signs stating no swimming, no fishing, no children allowed. 13 days later he was found in muscatine on what is now called hawks island. We need your help to sign this petition stating the dock will not allow children or leisure activity on this dock. Only key access will allow boaters in and out of the gates. As much as id like for it to be removed that is not happening so lets do what we can do to make a difference and save a childs life.
