The Bachelorette has casted all Caucasian women and just one single African American female in all the 19 seasons it has aired. So for 2 decades, ABC has had the option to diversify their leads; yet, we see change is not happening. Minorities are tired of the whitewashing of leads. We want to see multiculturalism and diversity. For this reason, I petition for Kasey Ma from the show “The One That Got Away” on Prime Video. She is @Kaseyma on Instagram. She represents the Asian population that regularly gets left out of The Bachelor/Bachelorette franchise. She is beautiful, intelligent, kind, funny, fun, outgoing, and so much more. What is ABC and The Bachelor/Bachelorette franchise waiting for to branch out into different ethnic backgrounds? Now is the time to show devoted fans that their race and ethnicity matters. Make a change. Be better. Do better.
