Okay so all the charges should be dropped from the splat guns. They should ban and take down the realistic ones but the regular ones stay because us kids want to have fun this summer and your taking away the fun for no reason it’s stupid they shoot little orbes and are like nerf but a little more advanced if your going to ban these for looking real and supposedly killing people or being a class 2 weapon then ban airsoft and paint ball because those are way more realistic we are just kids trying to have fun. Y’all are over here giving kids not even in high school yet charges and possibly jail for no reason, they have to go to court to get them dropped y’all are ridiculous. There are cons to this like chocking or maybe a lil sting but all and all you will be okay if you want to help me just vote it will mean a lot because a lot of kids are bummed about this and really wanted one and now there parents want let them have one because of this there summer plans are wiped from there eyes. I hope most of y’all agree just trying to help the community and the people that don’t agree I respect that
