Spencer has been neglected for too long. He has endured the harsh climate of the bench for way too long. He was the height, armlength, strength, and stamina to compete for the top job. He communicates really well, and doesn't scare out of tackles. He has only one weakness, and thats his touch. But with more experience he will be able to make critical touches in the game, and compare towards Navas or Mendy.
