Shyann is a lot more interactive than our Admins. She also answers a lot of questions buyers may have. The only time admins step in are when people are arguing. Shyann helps direct people to the right channels, she always takes lead in arguments, trying to calm them down, and is overall doing way more work then the actual admins. I say she should be promoted to an admin.
