This is message to our government.

People are struggling to afford rent or buy new homes. New builds and other property's are bought by greedy investors for shared ownership. This pushes property prices  up for everyone.  These shared ownerships state that eventually you can buy your home outright. But many people end up caught in trap they never get out of. Investors  can increase the rent of the 75% anytime. Making it impossible for people to own a larger share of their own property. 

It scandalous that people can make money out of a basic human need. A roof over your head from the rain. This idea is sold as being helpful to people struggling to get on the property ladder. But the reality is it makes more difficult for everyone. Raising the values of property's across the nation.
