Scaramouche was first seen in Genshin Impact in November 2020. At the time of writing, it is April 2022. We believe Scaramouche should be made playable in Genshin Impact, because 1. epic design, 2. his lore is amazing, 3. Hoyoverse would make heaps of money from his banner so you should release it for us, and 4. he's just a generally cool character, so he should be made playable.
