Your body prepares for pregnancy every month between puberty and menopause. Your uterine lining thickens, and an egg develops and is discharged from one of your ovaries. Your menstruation is your body's technique of removing excess tissue. Your body gets ready for pregnancy month by month. Napkins and tampons are the one needs in menstruation. It is used to make you feel comfortable and and have a fresh feeling. But, At some point using a tampons and sanitary pads are expensive. It is maintenance every month for some women. I just don't get why the government doesn't give free sanitary pads and tampons but can give free contraceptives. When having menstruation is a lot more harder to refrain from than sex. Providing pads is simply one aspect of what has to be done to assist females in managing their periods.
