R-rated movies should be 15+ instead of 17+ 
At 15 years old you can legally get your drivers license with guardians consent and the DMV’s approval. You can also get a job. Teens 15 years old should be able to watch an R-rated movie if they can get their drivers license and get a job. 

If this gets 10,000 signatures, change.org should contact the Motion Picture Association of America, and the Classification and Rating Administration.
