Make Postal Organisations Such As Hermes & Packlink Accountable To Customer Complaints
I have made several thwarted but legitimate claims following lost parcels by Hermes contracted through Packlink. The customer service from both companies border on the criminal in their intent to get out of paying even with undeniable evidence that they are at fault . They would seem to have no intention of upholding any legitimate claims and show no semblance of adherence to consumer rights. They simply bounce you back and forth each saying the other is at fault hoping that you will give up. My latest claim is past 90 days and as many emails. Writing to the CEO of Hermes was futile. Extensive research online shows just how many other people have been dealt the same disgusting and dishonest non service. Please help me to highlight this issue in the hope that a unbiased organisation can be set up to make these and other postal companies clean up their act. Royal mail can't get away with it so why should they. And no I won't be using either of them ever again.
