1 in 10 women are unable to afford period protection and are forced to improvise with devices that are unsafe/unhygienic. The amount of girls missing education every month because they can’t afford products is phenomenal. Scotland has already taken action and made period products free, and this easily solved issue is being ignored in the UK.
