Right now Nike is suing StockX for selling replica versions of their shoes, but the real problem is that we have to resort to using one of these third party apps/companies in the first place. They purposely release a limited amount of shoes, which they then allow bots and even their own company executives to purchase and resell at an audacious premium price with the same company they filed a lawsuit against. Wouldn’t it be easier (and more profitable) for Nike to produce and sell more units straight to the consumer? Sign the petition to show Nike that their loyal customers would like a better chance at getting their product directly from them instead of paying 100-500% more from a company that might not even be selling an authentic product!!
