Following the death of Queen Elizabeth II, a republic in many 'Commonwealth' nations becomes an option. In many basically independant nations such as Scotland, Australia and New Zealand a republic would be a positive move away from our past as a British Colony. I have created this petition to see a general consensus from our population as to how many people would support Aotearoa New Zealand becoming a republic.
