The statutory definition of Domestic Abuse, recognises psychological and emotional Abuse but we believe Narcissistic Abuse should be made a specific criminal offence, to make it easier to tackle this type of abuse and take action against perpetrators bringing more knowledge & awareness From therapists right through to the justice systems that let so many survivors down. 

Narcissistic Abuse is a type of abuse where victims are often intentionally targeted, chosen, groomed and conditioned. It is calculated and insidious abuse where perpetrators lack empathy, compassion, morals & conscience and often take pleasure from hurting, abusing, blaming and shaming their victims. Perpetrators often instil fear into their victims to get them to comply to their demands using threats, gaslighting and punish and reward conditioning. It is a devastating cycle of abuse that results in severe trauma in victims and we must end this cycle and protect the victims and prosecute the perpetrators. This is a global abuse affecting all genders, races, cultures and we must start to recognise this abuse and start protecting the real victims of Narcissistic Abuse and getting the justice they all so rightly deserve.
