Due to the Walmart Warehouse and Construction, Long Lane has become a very dangerous road. For the people who live here, crossing the street to get the mail has become a very dangerous task. Even for people who do not live on this road, driving it has become dangerous. The trucks that travel this road do not care about how fast they are going, they speed up and down this road all day long. There is several bends in the road where you cannot fit with a tractor trailer coming around turns (while they cross the yellow line) and there is no shoulder to pull to the side. Once the Walmart Warehouse opens these problems and accidents will only get worse. We started this petition to get the votes it takes to take this to the township.
