Day 2 of warding off Instagram hackers for me. For some it’s been weeks, days and even months. Spreading awareness and protecting the security of media users is always held to a high verbal regard by its creators. But, there is no action in the works as of this moment. Instagram has failed again to speak out when it comes to keeping its users safe. Accounts have been hacked, held for ransom, even worse people have lost an unknown number of money due to this current hack. The mental stress and pain it has cause is serial not to mention the embarrassment of people invested money in hope to make their way out of post-pandemic debt or simply looking into a new innovative way towards financial freedom. This is a global issue at this point. On behalf of all those I know and YOU may know, I am asking you to sign this petition to make Instagram fix their system so users can enjoy it as it is advertised and not be subject to such losses, like identity, finance, dignity!
