Make Fox News Support Gun Laws
Responding to the Newtown gun massacre, Rupert Murdoch tweeted "Terrible news today. When will politicians find courage to ban automatic weapons? As in Oz after similar tragedy".
Australian conservative politician, Malcolm Turnbull replied "I suspect they will find the courage when Fox News enthusiastically campaigns for it."
Mr Turnbull is right. Mr Murdoch could help save many innocents by putting his media where his mouth is. Instead Fox News is acting twee while Murdoch tweets.
Support Obama. Petition Murdoch to Make Fox Support Obama's Gun Legislation. If we all come together, this will be a monument to the Newtown children.
Let's see if Mr Murdoch will walk the walk, instead of just tweeting the talk. Take a minute to sign this petition and link to it on your Facebook page.

- Fox News
In response to the latest terrible US gun massacre, you asked the same question that hundreds of millions of people are asking:
"When will politicians find courage to ban automatic weapons?"
A conservative Australian politician, replied "I suspect they will find the courage when Fox News enthusiastically campaigns for it."
You know that is true and we know that to be true.
Well, even without your support, Obama is taken the brave step of moving toward gun laws, just like your friend and ally, the Conservative Leader, John Howard did. You could do a great deal of good here, Mr Murdoch. We can all come together over this and create a legal monument to the lives of the many fallen innocents. You could help save many innocents from terrible deaths in the future if you walk the walk.
Please don't say something so true and then just sit on your hands. Please instruct Fox News to lobby for Australian style gun laws in the US. Please remind us that you are a man with principles that you're willing to back up with meaningful support.
