Each July 4th and New Years Eve, millions of animals cower in fear as “home” fireworks displays are set off. These fireworks are already illegal in almost every state, but there are no teeth in these laws and they aren’t enforced. I would like to make these fireworks a felony and put some teeth into these laws so they will be enforced and put a stop to this so these animals won’t have to continue to suffer year after year.
